About the project

“HealthFlow” — is a mobile app for instant online consultations with healthcare specialists.

Problem:

Access to healthcare can be complicated and time-consuming:

  1. Long queues and limited clinic hours.
  2. Difficulty finding the right specialist quickly.
  3. Lack of reliable and user-friendly online solutions.

Solution:

To create an intuitive and minimalistic mobile app that ensures fast and effective interaction between patients and healthcare specialists, even in urgent situations.

Target Users

Health‑conscious people of the 21st century — including individuals with chronic conditions and seniors who need ongoing monitoring and support.

Research

I conducted user interviews and empathy mapping to identify key pain points and goals of our target audience. Additionally, I created Jobs To Be Done (JTBD) scenarios and user stories to develop a solution that addresses real needs.
